About The Community

Perla Marina is a gated community that sits between Playa Encuentro and Sea Horse Ranch. With its nicely paved roads, lush tropical growth, and stunning beachside sunsets, Perla Marina is a much sought after neighborhood to own property in. 

Over the last 5 years we’ve seen almost all the available land be bought up, plus several new constructions. Most of the construction throughout Perla Marina is private villas while the beachfront properties are mostly condos.
